Classes Six-Days Per Week We offer a combination of Kettlebell classes and or private training 6-Days per week Monday through Saturday with ZERO initiation fees.
We offer a variety of pricing options based on the program, number of students per class and number of sessions purchased ranging from $10 to $80 per hour
3-Week Trial: Attend 3 weeks of classes and get introduced to how we do things.

Our classes consist of stretching, strength and conditioning utilizing kettlebells, barbells, and bodyweight techniques.
- 6:00am Monday through Friday: Group Classes All Levels
- 8:00 am Saturdays
- 5:30pm Monday and Wednesday: Group Classes All Levels
- 6:30pm Monday and Wednesday: Reserved for new/intro students
- 7:30pm Monday and Wednesday: Group Classes All Levels
8 Self-Paced Personal Training Sessions
Receive 8 classes to schedule and complete within 3-months. Perfect for motivated students with busy schedules and or desire more personalized attention. Every session includes review, a lesson and a workout. Students receive guidance and/or programming to use on their own between visits.
