At Omaha Elite Kettlebell we pride ourselves in offering the highest possible standard in safe and effective professional instruction to help you achieve your fitness goals.

We currently offer the following packages and pricing

TRAINING PACKAGES

We offer group classes, private and semi private instruction.
Our prices range from as low as $15/hour to $80/hour depending on the service provided.

All of our classes are taught by instructors certified by StrongFirst, FMS, Flexible Steel,  Paul McIlroy’s the Amazing 12 and in the case of Taekwondo we offer Kukkiwon certified Master Instruction.

  • Group Fitness Classes

    Our group classes are one hour long and can consist of up to 12 participants and typically offer a rotating curriculum prioritizing certain skills and techniques over and 8 to 12 week period.

    We currently offer the following group classes

    • Hardstyle Group Fitness: This is a mixture of strength and conditioning using kettlebells, bodyweight, barbells, suspension training and more.
    • Mobility Classes
      A mixture of strength, primal movements, mobility and flexibility.
    • Taekwondo Classes
      The Korean art of unarmed self-defense.
  • 8 Class Introductory Courses

    These courses are hands-on and cumulative in nature. Participants receive 8 one-hour lessons consisting of safety, review, instruction over new material and practice.

    • Kettlebell for Beginners: Covering the most fundamental movements including the deadlift, swing, goblet squat, getups, presses and more.
    • Kettlebell Intermediate: Covering intermediate techniques including the clean, high pull, snatch, armbar and double kettlebell versions of the swing, clean, press, and squat.
    • Kettlebell Level II: Covering advanced techniques including the push press, jerk, clean & jerk, windmill, bent press and bottom-up kettlebell variations.
    • Bodyweight : Covering pushups, one-arm pushups, pull-ups, handstand, handstand pushup, hanging leg raise, front levers, single leg squats (a.k.a. pistols)
    • Barbell: Covering Bench Press, Back Squat, Front Squat variations, Deadlift, Military Press
    • Flexible Steel: Covering principles of flexibility combined with strength. You’ll learn how to assess your flexibility as well as a system of stretching techniques and the order in which to use them for rapid flexibility gains within a single session.
    • Taekwondo: An introduction to the unarmed Korean art of self-defense. Beginners learn basic stances, hand techniques, footwork, kicks, self-defense drills, pad drills, sparring drills, flexibility drills,
  • Specialized Private, Semi-Private & Small Group Training

    • Everything offered in a group setting can be modified for individuals and/or small groups of individuals with similar needs.  This option is ideal for people with unconventional schedules who can’t attend regular class times or can only attend sporadically.
  • StrongFirst One-Day Kettlebell User Course

    The StrongFirst One Day User Course is a one-day 8-hour event offered under license from StrongFirst. This course is perfect for people of all levels from beginners to trainers to aspiring StrongFirst Instructor Candidates.
    You can request a course as an individual privately or as a group.

  • The Amazing 12 – Twelve Week Physique

    The world’s No.1 Physique Transformation Program.
    Designed to deliver the world-class results in terms of dramatically improved strength, performance and physique by natural mean within the shortest time possible. This is much more than a class it’s a life-changing experience that meets 5 days per week for 12 weeks.  Participants are required to follow a 3 phase nutrition plan and may be assigned additional homework.
